 At WINN we've always done 3 things: training, consulting and finding resources. We have a strategy that works. We're a team of problem-solvers, doers, and die-hard Believers. And we have a mission: to help the Church reach out to the community to effectively minister to the WHOLE person: mind, body & spirit. 

As a church you want to bring people in, disciple them, and then send them out. We have tools that we believe can help motivate and cheerlead your congregation to "get off the bleachers" and into the game. If you don't already partner with us, why not give us a call? The Transformation Net is a group that connects ministries and churches together to more effectively reach out to their communities. There's a "TNet" here in Denver and we're working to establish others across the country.    We're creating a "file cabinet" of people with expertise in different areas. Additionally we're pulling together all kinds of resources to make effective problem solving. We have thousands that are faith-based as well as several that aren't. We know people skills and problem-solving techniques to help you get over some hurdles. Our goal is to bring together a collaboration of teachers, trainers, and doers to reach our communities through action-based, life-giving Christian Churches.
