Why Partner With WINN?
Of all the churches we've talked to, we've discovered a lot of them have similar desires:
The Church's Goal is to bring people in,
WINN's Goal is to motivate, train, encourage/ cheerlead the whole church (not just a few) to go out and get involved in their community
The Church's Vision is to raise the people up,
WINN's Vision is to network together people, businesses, churches, ministries and organizations
The Church's Mission is to send them out,
WINN's Mission is to provide the tools and "bait" to help with outreaches - which ties in with the Goal and begins the cycle over again
Acting together this way we:
Follow God's will to "feed His sheep"
Make the church a growing, lively bastion of spirituality in a darkened world
Better our own lives, and those of the people around us
Show God's love, not just talk about it

Where do we get our stuff?
As you may have gathered from the last page, we live off of donations. Our storehouse is usually packed full - but we didn't buy any of it. It was given to us. And we get stuff from a variety of sources:
Donated stuff
Many people do "spring cleaning" at least once a year, and a great way to get rid of that extra stuff is to donate it to WINN. Clothing, furniture, musical instruments, anything.
Donated food
We have had several people who use the "buy one get one free" deals at the store to buy one item for themselves and donate the other.
Excess from work
Virtually every workplace has excess: from leftover furniture to computers. WINN can find a home for those items where they will be used.
Donated cars & vehicles
Occasionally vehicles are donated to us, and we fix them up (with the help of some volunteer mechanics) and give them to people in need.
Money donations
Of course, money donations also help WINN. We have buildings to pay for, insurance for our vehicles, and many other expenses. We try our best to get by with as little as possible - but we still need money to fulfill our call to help churches help people.
